Creating and holding a safe, nurturing space in which individuals are provided with the opportunity to be still, be silent, and reconnect and/or rediscover their inner voice, is one of the greatest gifts a teacher can offer their students.
Yoga retreat daily schedule*:
8.30 – 10.30 – Morning practice, to include meditation, enquiry, pranayama, asana and relaxation.
11 – 1 – Brunch
1 – 5 – will either be personal time – to rest, swim, read, explore surrounding countryside, or include a 2 hour workshop.
5 – 7 – dinner
7.30 – 8.30 – enquiry/meditation
9 – silence and sleep
*please note that the schedule is subject to change and will include silent times. The second week will be altered to incorporate self-practice and more silence
Where and how to get there?
Casa Martini is situated in the Tuscan countryside, approximately 90 minutes from Pisa airport. Transport can be arranged to collect students from the airport and bring directly to the retreat villa. Arrangements for this will be made once numbers have been confirmed.

Accommodation and food
The retreat centre is split into three apartments accommodating 2-3 students in each room. Great consideration and care will be taken to ensure all students are comfortable and sharing appropriately. If friends and/or families are booking together please just ensure that information is shared when booking.
All food will be locally soured and vegetarian.
The dates of the retreat have provisionally been reserved for two weeks – the 7-14th and 14th – 21st of September. My initial intention was to dedicate the first week to a more relaxed, open approach to the retreat that would appeal to all students of all levels, and the second week would be focused on a deepening immersion into meditation, self-enquiry and self-practice. This will depend on numbers, and I have the flexibility to adapt in accordance with interest and needs of the group as a whole. Students would be perfectly welcome to attend both weeks, or just the first, or just the second depending on where they’re at with their individual practice.
The cost of one week retreat will be £610. If students wish to attend 2 weeks I will be considering a reduced rate for the second week (to be confirmed once numbers have been determined).

- Transfer to and from airport (2 minibuses will be arranged)
This does not include flights.
