Charlie works sensitively with young people to nurture self-compassion, playfulness and resilience. Working holistically to explore presenting difficulties whilst unearthing young people’s internal resources. Using the Arts and mindfulness whenever it is appropriate Charlie integrates painting, poetry, music, visual art, movement, awareness and breath-work into therapy. All work will be negotiated with the young person and their families. An initial taster session will be arranged where the young person & their family can see the counselling room. Sessions range from 6-8 weeks to several months long.
